Sins Got You Down And You Dont Know How To Stop

Committing errors and submitting sins are a piece of human instinct and nobody will be liberated from it. We all miss the mark, submit sins, and commit errors. The Prophet Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said:

"Each child of Adam sins, and the best of the individuals who sin are the individuals who atone." (Tirmidhi, hasan by al-Albaani)

Also, unquestionably, man is feeble however it is Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala Who made us and He realizes that we are powerless. So out of His Mercy, The Most Merciful has opened the door of apology for us with the goal that we can go to Him each time we sin. He Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala says:

قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

"Say: O 'Ibaadi (My slaves) who have violated against themselves (by submitting fiendish deeds and sins)! Sadness not of the Mercy of Allaah, verily, Allaah excuses all transgressions. Genuinely, He is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful"

[surah Zumar:53]

What's more, He said:

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ اللّهَ يَجِدِ اللّهَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

"Also, whoever does wickedness or wrongs himself however subsequently looks for Allaah's pardoning, he will discover Allaah Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful"

[al-Nisa' :110]

Also, the Prophet Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said:

"Allaah fans out His hand around evening time to acknowledge the atonement of the person who trespassed during the day, and He fans out His hand by day to acknowledge the contrition of the person who trespassed during the evening, (and that will proceed) until the sun ascends from the west."

(Muslim)

So this is what one can do:

1. MAKE SINCERE TAUBAH:

It is fundamental, rather VITAL, that you should go to Allaah and atone to Him. Make earnest taubah and make an honest effort to avoid the transgression that you are submitting.

The ulama reveal to us that true taubah requires a few conditions with the goal for Taubah to be acknowledged. They are:

1-You should surrender the wrongdoing RIGHT AWAY.

2-You ought to have extraordinary REGRET that you did it.

3-You ought to have FIRM determination NEVER to return to it.

In the event that any of these three is feeling the loss of, the apology isn't earnest.

Also, on the off chance that the wrongdoing has to do with the privileges of someone else, there is a fourth condition notwithstanding the three referenced previously. What's more, that is, reestablishing the privileges of that individual or looking for his absolution. For instance, on the off chance that somebody took cash or property, it should be gotten back to the individual he took from, and so on

2. MAKE DUA:

Make genuine Dua to Allaah and request that he get you far from whatever it is that you're doing. Cry over your transgression, implore Him for His Mercy and request that he guide you, to invigorate you avoid terrible deeds and put your heart right.

You can make Dua any time or night however particularly during times when Dua is bound to be acknowledged, for example, in your sujood during salah, in the late evening during tahajjud, at the hour of breaking your quick, between the adhaan and iqaamah, and so forth

3. BE STEADFAST IN YOUR OBLIGATORY DEEDS

Give unique consideration to your required deeds, particularly imploring FIVE times each day. Be specific about your salah and DO NOT MISS ANY SINGLE ONE. That is on the grounds that Allaah says:

وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ تَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاء وَالْمُنكَرِ

"What's more, build up the supplication. Verily, As-Salât (the supplication) keeps from Al-Fahshâ' (for example each sort of indecency, vulgarities, unlawful sex, and so on) and Al-Munkar (for example incredulity, polytheism, and each sort of malicious evil deed)"

(Surah Ankabut:45)

4. Peruse QUR'AAN WITH MEANING

The issue that the majority of us have is that we don't comprehend the Qur'aan. We may understand it yet what benefit is the perusing in the event that we don't have a clue what our Rabb is saying to us? How might we realize what is satisfying to Allaah and what isn't? How might we realize what is acceptable in His eyes and what is terrible? So our Imaan falls low, we are an obvious objective for the Shaytaan and we keep on erring. The answer for this issue, no, the answer for ALL issues is that we begin perusing the Qur'aan with significance, regardless of whether it's anything but a couple ayaat a day. It is better for us and more satisfying to Allaah assuming we comprehend whatever we read and, carry out it in our lives than to peruse juz upon juz without comprehension and without execution.

5. Carry out A LOT OF GOOD Things

for example, doing a great deal of nawaafil supplications, or fasting, giving cause, helping somebody, acquiring Islaamic information and so on

Allaah reveals to us that great deeds eradicate awful deeds. Allaah says:

"Verily, the great deeds counterbalance the underhanded deeds"

(Surah Hud:114)

Additionally, on the off chance that you'll be occupied with carrying out beneficial things, you will not figure out how to carry out terrible things. Additionally, by keeping yourself occupied with great deeds. you will feel harmony and serenity. It will build your Imaan and you will feel awful about your wrongdoings and missteps and reconsider before you return to them.

6. Avoid BAD COMPANY

This is a VERY IMPORTANT point. You should avoid individuals who do awful things and don't fear Allaah. Avoid the individuals who assisted you with submitting this wrongdoing. There are such countless cases in which individuals have returned to sin since they continued associations with their previous colleagues. The Prophet Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said:

"A man will be on the way of his dear companions, so focus on who you befriend."

What's more, he sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam likewise said:

"The similarity of an equitable partner is that of the merchant of musk: possibly he will give you a blessing, or you will purchase something from him, or you will smell a charming aroma from him. Furthermore, the similarity of a malicious friend is that of the one who works the howls: possibly he will consume your piece of clothing, or you will smell a horrendous scent from him."

(Bukhaari)

Terrible companions will revile each other on the Day of Resurrection and flee from one another. So you should avoid them and sever your fellowship with them before they flee from you on the Day of Judgment.

Allaah says:

"Companions on that Day will be foes to each other with the exception of Al-Muttaqoon (the devout)"

[Zukhruf:67]

All things considered, pick equitable companions who will help you against your nafs (self) and who will be an option in contrast to terrible organization. Attempt to go to the masjid routinely, join an Islamic information class or Dars and occupy your experience with valuable things so the Shaytaan won't discover any chance to help you to remember the past.

7. Avoid PLACES OF SIN

That is on the grounds that going to such places may help you to remember your negative propensities and your being there may make you fall into wrongdoing once more.

8. Annihilate THE HARAAM

You ought to likewise obliterate all haraam things that you may currently possess, whatever it very well might be that is making you sin. They ought to be broken, annihilated or consumed. Try not to trifle with this point. It is fundamental that you ought to dispose of every such thing. Since keeping these haraam things may make you slip back.

9. Look for PROFESSIONAL HELP

in the event that you can, for whatever it is that you might be dependent on.

10. SOME DUAS TO RECITE

Here are some duas that one can discuss to ask Allaah for pardoning. You can say them in Arabic or English, or whatever language you feel great with. The significant thing is to UNDERSTAND these duas and SAY THEM FROM THE HEART, similar to you mean them. Don't simply peruse these duas… rather, converse with Allaah. Hold nothing back from Him and ask. He will respond to you and help you.

(a)

(My Lord! Pardon and show benevolence, for You are the Best of the individuals who show leniency!)"

(b)

(Our Lord! Excuse us our wrongdoings and offenses (in keeping our obligations to You)."

(c)

The Prophet sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam said: "The best supplication for looking for absolution is to say:

(O Allaah, You are my Lord. None has the privilege to be loved however You. You made me and I am Your slave, and I am dedicated to my agreement and my guarantee (to You) however much I can. I look for asylum with You from all the underhanded I have done. I recognize before You every one of the gifts You have presented to me, and I admit to You every one of my transgressions. So I beseech You to pardon my wrongdoings, for no one can excuse sins aside from You)."

Whoever says this during the day, having confidence in it and kicks the bucket before the evening comes, will be among the peop
